Welcome to RichDerma. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and RichDerma Health Care Pvt. Ltd. (“RichDerma”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They apply to your use of richderma.in (the “Website”), your account, and every order you place with us. Please read them carefully. By browsing the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Accessibility Statement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

We market skincare and haircare products under the RichDerma brand. Our products are made for us by licensed manufacturers whose names and licence numbers are printed on each product label.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law and that the information you give us is true and complete.

 

3. Your Account

Account creation on the Website is done through Google sign-in. This means:

  • You are responsible for keeping your Google account and device secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

  • Your use of Google sign-in is also covered by Google’s own terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.

  • Please tell us right away at support@richderma.in if you think someone has used your account without permission.

  • We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these Terms.

You can ask us to delete your account and information at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

 

4. Products and Product Information

We try to describe our products as accurately as possible, including ingredients, usage directions, net volume and price. However:

  • The label on the physical product is always the final and most complete source of information. Packaging, label design, batch details and minor formulation details can change over time.

  • Our products are cosmetic products for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  • Results depend on skin type, hair type, age, lifestyle, climate and how regularly and correctly a product is used. Results are not guaranteed and will differ from person to person.

  • Descriptions such as “brightening”, “hydrating”, “hairfall control” or “regrowth” describe the purpose of the product and are not a promise of a specific result.

  • Product availability, size and price can change at any time.

 

5. Product Images

The product images on this Website have been created using AI. Because of this, the representation of the product may not be fully accurate, and the product you receive may look different from the image in colour, shape, texture, label design or packaging detail. We do not treat a difference from an AI-generated image alone as a defect.

 

6. Other Images, Fonts and Third-Party Material

Some other images on the Website may come from open internet sources such as Pinterest and Unsplash, and fonts used on the Website may also come from open sources. We do not use these images or fonts to sell them, and making commercial gain from the images or fonts themselves is not our intent. If you are an owner or rights holder and you have a concern about any image, font or other material on the Website, please contact us at support@richderma.in or +91 7003700002 with the page link and details, and we will review it promptly and remove or correct it where needed.

 

7. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless the page or checkout says otherwise.

  • Shipping charges, if any, and any other charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

  • Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment providers connected to the Website platform, and we do not store your full card or banking details.

  • We may correct pricing or listing errors. If a product was listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund anything you paid, or contact you to confirm the correct price.

  • Offers, discounts and coupon codes are valid only for the period and conditions stated, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.

 

8. Orders and Cancellations

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email or message, or when we dispatch it.

  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was wrong, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after you have paid, you will be refunded in full.

  • You can ask to cancel an order by contacting us as early as possible. We can cancel only if the order has not yet been handed over to a shipping partner. Once dispatched, the Refund Policy applies.

 

9. Shipping, Refunds, Gift Cards and Privacy

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, refunds and replacements in our Refund Policy, and the way we handle your information in our Privacy Policy. These policies are part of these Terms. Where a refund is given as a gift card, the gift card’s own terms, shown when it is issued, also apply.

 

10. Health and Safety

Everyone’s skin, hair and body are different, so a product that suits one person may not suit another. For your safety:

  • Do a patch test first. Apply a small amount on a small area of skin (for example behind the ear or on the inner forearm) and wait at least 24 hours before full use. For hair products, test on a small area of scalp and skin before full use.

  • Read the ingredient list on the product page and on the pack before you buy and before you use. Do not use a product if you are allergic or sensitive to any ingredient.

  • Follow the directions and cautions printed on the pack. Products are for external use only, must be kept away from the eyes and kept out of reach of children. If a product gets in your eyes, rinse immediately with water.

  • If any reaction or side effect happens, such as redness, itching, burning, swelling, rash or irritation, stop using the product, and contact us or a dermatologist as soon as possible.

  • In an emergency, stop using the product immediately and get medical help right away.

  • If you have a skin or scalp condition, have sensitive skin, are pregnant or nursing, are using prescription treatments, or are buying for a child, please speak to a doctor or dermatologist before using any product.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RichDerma Health Care Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, manufacturers, shipping partners and service providers are not liable for any skin, hair or body related reaction, damage or issue arising from the use or misuse of our products, including where you did not do a patch test, did not read the ingredient list or the directions, or continued to use a product after a reaction. We are also not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

 

12. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading

  • Place orders with false details or for resale through unauthorised channels

  • Try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, other accounts or our systems

  • Introduce viruses, scrapers, bots or any code that harms or overloads the Website

  • Copy, scrape or reuse our content, images or designs without written permission

  • Post offensive, unlawful or infringing reviews or messages

We may restrict or block access if we believe these rules have been broken.

 

13. Intellectual Property

The RichDerma name, logo, product names, label designs, original text, AI-generated product images and the overall look of the Website belong to RichDerma Health Care Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may view the Website and print or share pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, sell or use them commercially without our written permission. Third-party material on the Website remains the property of its respective owners (see Section 6).

 

14. Reviews, Messages and Content You Send Us

If you send us a review, photo, message or other content, you confirm that it is yours to share and does not break any law or anyone’s rights. You give us a free, non-exclusive right to use, show and edit it on the Website and in our marketing, without naming you unless you agree. We may remove any content at our discretion.

 

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website depends on services we do not own or control, including:

  • Wix, which builds and hosts the Website and stores its data under Wix’s own terms and data practices

  • Google, used for account sign-in

  • Payment providers connected to the Website

  • Shipping partners such as DHL, FedEx, Shree Anjani and Shiprocket

 

These providers have their own terms and policies, and we encourage you to read them. We are not responsible for the content, availability or actions of third parties. The Website may also link to other websites that we do not control.

 

16. Website Availability

We try to keep the Website running smoothly, but we do not promise that it will always be available, secure or free of errors. It may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control, including problems with our platform provider. To get the best experience, you may need to allow cookies on your device (see our Privacy Policy). We have not manually made the whole Website accessibility-proof and rely on our platform provider; see our Accessibility Statement.

 

17. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil an order or any obligation caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes, severe weather, strikes or shutdowns, accidents, fire, war, civil unrest, government orders, epidemics, transport or carrier disruption, and power or internet failures.

If you have a complaint about an order, a product, the Website or these Terms, please contact our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receiving it and aim to resolve it within one month.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to settle any dispute amicably. If it cannot be settled, the courts at Surat, Gujarat will have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have to approach a consumer forum under applicable law.

 

20. General

  • Severability: if any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.

  • No waiver: if we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.

  • Entire agreement: these Terms and the linked policies are the full agreement between you and us about the Website and your orders.

  • Transfer: we may transfer our rights under these Terms to a successor to our business. You may not transfer yours without our consent.

 

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, platform or the law. The latest version, with its updated date, will always be on this page. Changes apply from the date they are posted, and continuing to use the Website after that means you accept them. Orders already placed are covered by the Terms in force when you placed them.
