Rich Derma delivers products across a wide network of serviceable Pin Codes across India.
Shipping Timeframe:
Orders are typically shipped within 48 working hours after successful order placement. Delivery by our logistics partners usually takes 2 to 10 days.
Customers in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, and Surat can typically expect delivery within 2–4 days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, accessibility, courier partner operations, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities.

Undeliverable Pin Codes:
We verify serviceability based on the Pin Code at the time of order placement and during processing. If a location becomes unserviceable after placing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund (for prepaid orders) within 48 hours.
High-Value Orders:
For orders where the total value exceeds ₹5000, our customer support team may contact you for verification before dispatch.
Shipping Fees and Special Cases
Cash on Delivery (COD):
An additional ₹100 shipping fee may be applicable on Cash on Delivery orders.

Order and Address Handling
Address Accuracy:
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct Pin Code. Orders and shipping addresses cannot be modified after order placement.
Each order will be shipped to one single address only.
Order Cancellation:
In certain situations (such as unserviceable areas), orders may be cancelled. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation.
